I have led IT and Telecommunications projects for the World Bank Group in more than 40 countries – i.e. Sub-Saharan Africa (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Congo Rep., Cote d’Ivoire, DRC, Gabon, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Togo), Middle East and North Africa (Algeria, Afghanistan, Egypt, Iraq, Syria) and Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, BiH, Lithuania, Romania, Russia) and East Asia and Pacific (Regional Pacific Broadband Cable, Indonesia, Samoa).

I have established and maintained formal relationships in the Telecom sector with various international institutions mainly based Europe, including main global telecom and towers operators, commercial banks (corporate finance and advisory/M&A), development finance institutions, key equipment suppliers, IT firms and the main telecom consulting firms.
