Page Schindler Buchanan – Global Business School Network, Communications and Media Officer

Over the past decade Page has worked in the nonprofit and public sector managing programs, developing communications strategy, building institutional relationships and coordinating advocacy efforts. She joined the Global Business School Network as Communications Officer in 2011, served as Director of Operations starting in 2013, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Before joining GBSN she worked in public affairs in the health care sector and managed professional development programs at a nonprofit management services organization. Other projects have included developing social media for the Federal Communication Commission’s National Broadband Plan coordinating over 500 volunteers for a tax preparation charity. In addition to managing and promoting GBSN’s networking and capacity building activities, Page regularly gets her hands dirty preparing and serving breakfast at Miriam’s Kitchen, an organizations that serves healthy meals to chronically homeless people in Washington, DC.

Page earned her Bachelors degree in Religious Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, her Masters degree in Media Psychology and Social Change from Fielding Graduate University, and she attended the Executive Development Institute at Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
